Last time, I read a book about the performance evaluation of human resource and I compare it with my experience. I think, there are more important to focussing in human resources because they manage, organize and carry out activities within the organization. Moreover, we need to evaluate and improve their performance. Good HR has impact that good performance for HR and organize. Phychological and organizational approach based on the opinion of some psychologists, they argue that the bottleneck of economic development does not occur in developing countries since most people do not have high achievement motivation, but they have a low achievement motivation.

In developing country like Indonesian, most HR do not have the creative and innovative spirit. They have a poor of emotional intelligence, such as, jealousy, envy, hate, hurt, resentment, inferiority, prone to depression, irritability, not like other people more successful and mutually dropped slandering fellow workers and colleagues themselves. In developed country, they are more entrepreneurs than in developing countries. As we all know, that entrepreneurs are creative people, they dare to take the risk and have a strategic ideas to expand their business. They have positive thinking to go ahead.

According to Charles Scheiber concludes his research that: "The success of one's life is determined formal education is only 15%, while 85% longer determined by the mental attitude."

Cultures and religions approach. We know  that all religions emphasize that we do honest, discipline, hard work, respect at work, respect for time, continuous evaluation, adherent to the values ​​prevailing in society.

So the HR Management business organization, which is based on the good psychological and organizational, culture and religion approach, it would be able to achieve the maximum performance.

The Beautiful Woman

Do you know that, every woman is a great. She is a strong and she was able to do anything even though men's work. Woman are beautiful creatures of God. Not only physically seen. It would be nice if beautiful heart. She has a tenderness. The beauty of woman is relative, it's varies for each person who look her. Sometime people see woman in terms of physical and sometime they see woman in terms of the heart or both of them.

Woman are able to think with heart and mind (logic). The woman was able to control her emotions. Woman have a wide heart, maybe that's why God entrusted the baby to the womb of a woman and not to man.

Sometimes, she was weak. She will be weak beside the person that she loved. She will be weak beside the person that she admires. Not because of her spoiled, but because she feels more comfortable and fell protected by them. 

I think, woman is beautiful not because she is sexy, her skin is white, she is tall, she is slim/slender, and other forms of physical beauty. Not because she is fashionable, not because she is able to attract and stimulate the men. Woman is beautiful because of her good moral, modesty, hospitality and friendly, because she was obedient to her husband and her parents. Woman is beautiful because of her heart.

She is not pretty, but she has a beautiful heart, she will look more beautiful than a beautiful woman having a dirty heart. Woman should be able to maintain her honor. They should be able to keep herself for her husband. A good woman is a woman who does not open her private parts of her body to be sew by the other. She just shows it to her husband. So, she will be safe and she will be far away from danger.

Anything else, woman can be toxic in the world. Because of her attitude, weak woman can cheat for her personal pleasure.

Oh God, it’s not me and not you too.

However, actually, behind the success and greatness of a man, there is a great and brilliance woman beside them, as a loyal spouse and as a loving mother.

Which lady / woman are you ... a beautiful woman with dirty heart or a woman with unusual beauty with beautiful heart. Or beautiful woman with beautiful heart or not of them or woman who obedient to her husband and the woman has good heart towards other.

I think, sexy woman is not open her private parts of her body to the other ,but sexy woman is having smart, brilliance, beautiful heart, kind heart and good personality.

Hargai dan Syukuri

Kita dikarunia berbagai banyak nikmat dan rezeki dari Nya. Kita diberi tubuh yang tidak bisa diciptakan oleh tangan manusia dan itu gratis dari Nya. Bayangkan mereka yang sakit, membayar mahal untuk mengobatinya. Untuk itu jangan sia-siakan dan jagalah karunia yang diberikan Nya kepada kita.

Nikmat yang paling berharga bagi kita kaum Muslim adalah Iman dan Islam. Bersyukur kita terlahir sebagai Islam. Semua pedoman hidup sudah ditulis dalam Al Qur'an sebagai kitab suci agama Islam. Dari hal sekecilpun sampai hal serumit yang kita tidak ketahui sebelumnya. Ilmu pengetahuan Biologi, Matematika, Sosial, Agama, Sejarah dan semua ilmu alam sudah tertulis di Al Qur'an. Sudahkah Anda membacanya???

Sekarang kita bukan sharing mengenai agama ya...tapi kita sharing mengenai menghargai dan mensyukuri apa yang telah kita miliki. Mensyukuri segala nikmat dan karunia-Nya yang telah diberikan kepada kita. KIta diberi oksigen untuk bernafas secara gratis, bayangkan kalo Tuhan meminta imbalan untuk setiap oksigen yang kita hirup, sanggupkah kita membayarnya? Bayangkan Tuhan menjual mata kepada kita makhluknya, apakah kita sanggup membayarnya, bayangkan waktu tidak diberikan oleh Tuhan untuk kita sukses dan membangun hidup, tapi untuk semua itu Tuhan tidak pernah meminta imbalan. Begitu Maha Besar Dia menciptakan dan memberikan nikmat serta rejeki kepada kita. Sudahkah kita bersyukur untuk itu?

Tuhan hanya meminta kepada kita untuk beribadah kepadanya, kita sebagai umat muslim Dia meminta kita untuk menunaikan Shalat lima waktu, dan tahukah kita bahwa dengan menunaikan shalat sangat banyak manfaatnya bagi kita selain mendapatkan pahala. Gerakan shalat yang teratur bagaikan gerakan senam bagi tubuh kita, gerakan sujud bagi wanita bisa membentuk tubuh (dada) menjadi bagus, gerakan shalat mengalirkan darah yang membawa oksigen ke seluruh tubuh dan otak. sehingga tubuh bisa fit setiap hari, air wudhu yang dapat membersihkan kulit dari kotoran, terutama jerawat karena dengan berwudhu menurut syar'i akan membersihkan kotoran-kotoran pada wajah. Itu hanya shalat, belum ibadah lainnya. Bisa dibayangkan bukan, bahwa Tuhan meminta kita untuk menunaikan ibadah kepadaNya dan semuanya juga untuk kita. Sudahkah Anda melaksanakan ibadah kepadaNya, (kita sebagai muslim shalat lima waktu yang tidak memerlukan waktu lama dalam mengerjakannya).

Tuhan memberikan kita waktu yang sangat berharga untuk melakukan berbagai macam kegiatan. Tergantung kita sebagai manusia yang berakal akan mengisi kegiatan dengan positif atau negatif. Kita sebagai manusia harus bisa memilih mana yang baik dan mana yang buruk. Kita harus bisa menggunakan kesempatan yang diberikan dengan semaksimal dan sepositif mungkin.

Mahasiswa dan pelajar yang hadir saat jam kuliah/pelajaran dapat memanfaatkan waktunya untuk belajar disaat tersebut, tidak digunakan untuk bermain, mengobrol, atau pun melakukan kegiatan lain yang tidak berkaitan. Betapa ruginya mereka yang tidak memanfaatkan waktunya untuk menerima ilmu diwaktu dan kesempatan yang telah diberikan. Sungguh sangat merugi bagi mereka yang tidak memanfaatkan waktu tersebut, rugi dari segi ilmu yang tidak diperoleh, waktu yang terbuang sia-sia, dan biaya dari segi materi yang terbuang sia-sia. Berapa banyak yang tidak memperoleh kesempatan untuk belajar malah ingin belajar, sedangkan kita yang sudah memperolehnya malah tidak memanfaatkan dan tidak menghargai yang sudah kita peroleh.

Tahukah Anda kesempatan itu tidak datang dua kali, dan penyesalan selalu datang diakhirnya. Untuk itu manfaatkan semaksimalnya waktu dan kesempatan yang telah diberikan, jangan angkuh dan sombong sehingga tidak menghargai kesempatan tersebut dan bahkan tidak menghargai orang yang telah memberikan kesempatan tersebut terhadap kita.

Ayoo kita renungkan lagi...sudah berapa banyak waktu yang kita buang, sudah berapa banyak kegiatan yang positif yang tidak kita maksimalkan, sudah berapa banyak waktu kita gunakan untuk mengobrol dan bermalasan. Kita harusnya sadar diri akan kesempatan yang telah diberikan...

Nah sekarang ayoo kita buktikan bahwa kita bisa menghargai dan mensyukuri serta memanfaatkan waktu yang telah diberikan kepada kita. Kita harus bisa membuktikan bahwa kita mampu dan sanggup menghasilkan dan meraih kesuksesan atas apa yang sudah kita lakukan.

Ayoo semangat dan tumbuhkan kesadaran tersebut...

Jangan seperti anak kecil yang disuapin dan belum mengerti apa-apa...

Manfaatkan waktu yang ada dan jauhi dari waktu yang terbuang sia-sia...

Resolusi Tahun 2013

Allow semuanya...dah lama ga nulis lagi...Dah penghujung tahun 2012 dan menuju tahun 2013.Sudah siapkah Anda dengan planning / rencana yang akan dikerjakan di tahun 2013? Sudah puaskah Anda dengan semua hal, pekerjaan dan pendidikan yang Anda capai di tahun ini (2012)...? Sebagai kita ketahui, semua manusia tidak akan pernah puas terhadap apa yang telah diperolehnya. Nah...mulai sekarang ayooo kita susun dan kita perbaiki semuanya, baik itu pola hidup, cara pandang, cara bertindak dan bersikap dan penggunaan waktu kita agar menjadi lebih positif dan menjadi lebih baik ke depannya, sehingga apa yang diharapkan dapat tercapai dengan sebaiknya.

Tulisan ini hanyalah ulangan dari tulisan sebelumnya.

Perusahaan setiap akhir tahun selalu membuat prediksi mengenai apa yang terjadi di tahun berikutnya, membuat perencanaan baik keuangan, kinerja, dll agar terarah dan mudah tercapai. Diakhir tahun juga perusahaan selalu mengadakan kegiatan rekreasi atau hiburan sebagai bentuk penghargaan kepada karyawan atas kinerja yang telah diberikan selama mereka bekerja di perusahaan tersebut. Dan hal ini juga sebagai makanan dan motivasi untuk karyawan agar dapat berkreasi dan berinovasi ke depannya.

Begitu juga dengan kita sebagai makhluk Tuhan, anggap tubuh kita adalah sebuah perusahaan, otak, kaki, tangan, mata, hidung, mulut , telinga dan semua anggota tubuh yang semua ada gunanya adalah karyawan. Mereka juga butuh refreshing dan pemulihan energi untuk melanjutkan kegiatan yang belum tercapai. NAhh kita individu juga punya perencanaan dan rancangan untuk kedepannya. Kita individu juga dapat mereview kegiatan apa saja yang sudah tercapai dan apa yang belum tercapai.

Biasanya setiap akhir tahun kita selalu mereview semua hal dan kegiatan apa saja yang sudah tercapai berdasarkan daftar resolusi tahun 2012 yang dirancang di akhir tahun 2011 yang lalu. Bisa lihat hal apa saja yang sudah tercapai dan terlaksanakan, tentu banyak bukan... walaupun ga 100%. Namun hal ini memberikan kesenangan dan kepuasan tersendiri, sehingga memberikan motivasi bagi kita untuk melaksanakan resolusi yang belum terlaksana di tahun berikutnya...

Sudah kah Anda merancang resolusi di tahun 2013 ini?
Tinggal 6 hari lagi tahun 2012 sudah berakhir. Banyak hal yang terjadi dan isue yang berkembang di tahun ini. Bahkan sampai isue kiamat 2012...Sungguh aneh, karena kiamat kuasa Tuhan, dan kita tidak akan pernah mampu meramal kapan terjadinya kiamat.

Tulis semua hal yang ingin Anda capai dan ingin Anda peroleh di tahun 2013, apapun itu...dari hal yang sepele sampai hal yang Anda pikir sangat mustahil untuk Anda capai. Namun dalam menuliskan resolusi tersebut harus Ada pikiran bahwa suatu saat Anda akan mendapatkannya...
Misalnya:
1. Saya harus kuliah
2. Saya harus kerja
3. Saya harus punya laptop
4. Saya harus menikah
5. Saya harus bisa membantu orang tua
6. Saya harus bisa hafal Al Quran
7. Saya harus bisa membaca buku minimal 3 buku dalam sebulan
8. Saya harus bisa punya mobil
9. Saya menunaikan hajji bersama keluarga
10. Saya harus memperoleh IPK 4.00
dll

Pasti banyak resolusi lain yang akan Anda capai...tulis semuanya.sekali-sekali dilihat dan tandai manakah resolusi yang sudah tercapai...
Tulis sampai puluhan bahkan ratusan resolusi yang ingin Anda capai. Pasti diantaranya akan Anda capai dan memberikan kepuasan dan kesenangan tersendiri.

Ayoo...kita rancang dan pikirkan semua hal yang ingin kita capai di tahun 2013, sehingga semua yang kita kerjakan akan terarah dengan baik..
